Hi, I’m Rosie.
Welcome to our little oasis for new parents where you can discover how your body was designed to birth beautifully and meet with God on a truly personal level through your journey into parenthood.
As a mum of five, I know that when you’re expecting a baby, you quickly discover that everyone has an opinion about your birth and motherhood. Friends, family, social media —the advice can feel endless. Not to mention the questions that you have in your own mind. Somewhere amongst all the noise, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and uncertain.
But here’s the truth. Only one person’s opinion of your birth matters: Jesus.
That’s why I’m so glad you’re here, friend!
Because it’s my mission to help you feel renewed, refreshed and revived in your relationship with Jesus as you prepare to have your baby.
I’ll walk you through the physiology, all the science and evidence based research, of how your body and baby work together to help dispel those myths and fears that have been holding you back.
So that you can discover the joy of walking in the blessing that is discovering His unique plan for your birth and beyond.

I’m here to help you learn all about the wonderful design that is your body and how it was created to birth beautifully at the same time as you deepen your relationship with God so you can seek his heart for your unique birth experience.
We do things a little differently around here…
We believe in helping fathers to feel equipped, not sidelined. Because pregnancy and birth were never designed to be a solo journey.
All too often, birth education unintentionally communicates to dads that you are simply there to carry the bags, drive the car, and at best, try not to get in the way.
When the truth is you are called to something much greater.
I could never have had the positive birth experiences that moved me to create Abundance without Jed standing by my side, praying over me, speaking life over me and advocating for my care.
Husbands hold the potential to be their wife’s greatest supporter, strongest advocate, and most trusted source of reassurance throughout pregnancy, labour, and beyond into parenthood.
Dad, you are more than capable! And it’s our joy to help you realise the authority you already hold.
That’s why we created our antenatal program as a couple, for couples.
Abundance combines practical birth preparation, evidence-based teaching, and biblical wisdom to help you both approach birth as a united team with Jesus at the centre.
